Melissa Fowler Blakeney is a bookkeeper and payroll specialist. She graduated from Jefferson West High School, and worked through high school at McDonalds. Upon graduating she moved into a management position and began taking some college courses through Allen County Community College. She changed careers to a front desk position at a hotel until coming to us at Accounting Center in July 2017.

Melissa is the first granddaughter of Karen and Dave Fowler. She has a son, Brayden, who she loves and adores. She is a hardworking single mother, who enjoys spending as much time as possible with her son playing outside, going on walks, reading the bible, and going to church. In 10 years she sees herself earning her EA credential or becoming a police officer.

Who inspires you: My grandma, Karen. She motivates me to be a better person, mother, and family member every day. I hope to follow in her footsteps.

Would you rather be 10 minutes early or 20 minutes late: Early for sure.

How do you relax: Spending time with Brayden.
